Brightwater Health’s mission is to provide mental health and addiction services to EVERYONE in our community, including those without health insurance. No one is denied services due to inability to pay. We operate on a sliding-fee scale. Please reach out to (218) 728 – 4491 for more information.

We can’t guarantee that all of our clinicians will have immediate openings, but Brightwater’s incredible support team will work directly with you to find the perfect fit. Give us a call at (218) 728 – 4491.

Your initial appointment with Brightwater Health may take up to two hours.
The first part of your appointment will be with a care coordinator for initial assessments. Then, you will spend about an hour and a half with a therapist to do initial evaluation for services. This is for all Brightwater Health clients regardless of what program you will be receiving services with.
To make this process as smooth as possible, we ask that you fill out the following forms ahead of time and bring them with you to your appointment. You can print these off or stop by one of our offices to receive a paper copy. If you are unable to complete these forms before your appointment, the forms will be provided to you at the time of your scheduled appointment.
